With over two decades as an athlete across snowboarding, skiing, skateboarding, and surfing, Dillon brings authentic culture, deep industry relationships, and lived experience to the core of Threadline Collective. Backed by certifications from Google and Meta, he leads brand activations, athlete partnerships, and the strategic direction behind the collective’s marketing and creative initiatives. As founder, Dillon operates across every layer of the business, from brand strategy and campaign development to content capture, video and photo editing, ensuring each project moves from vision to execution with clarity, precision, and cultural relevance.

Leo Herrera III is a high-level competitor turned creator, known as the Connected Golfer for blending elite play, coaching insight, and media into dynamic exhibition experiences. A former top-20 ranked junior, Division I athlete, and USGA Four-Ball Champion, he now produces golf-driven entertainment and leads corporate exhibition events through Quality Play Golf. Through his Stay Connected Podcast, Leo highlights innovation, mentorship, and the evolving culture of the game, positioning himself at the intersection of performance and influence.

Portland based videographer and photographer Jesse brings nearly a decade of experience capturing culture in motion across fashion, commercial, lifestyle, and music. His work includes leading campaign production for Nike’s SNKRS app, delivering music driven visuals for Sony Music Entertainment, and producing immersive experiences such as Threadline Collective’s Culture Flow, all unified by cinematic precision and creative depth. Jesse’s approach blends refined execution with instinctive storytelling, creating visuals that feel dynamic, intentional, and alive.
