Meet the

Founders

Threadline Collective was founded with a shared belief in the power of sport, culture, and authentic connection. Connected through family for many years, Dillon and Antonia came together in the early stages to help shape the foundation of the collective.

Dillon brought a long-standing background in action sports, athlete relationships, and culture-led brand work, while Antonia contributed digital strategy insight and platform experience that supported Threadline’s early development. Together, those perspectives helped establish the vision and direction of the brand.

As Threadline evolved, the company grew into a culture-led marketing agency built on collaboration, creativity, and community. Today, Threadline continues forward delivering work across live brand experiences, athlete and creator partnerships, and digital marketing and creative media, with a focus on relevance, connection, and long-term impact.
